The warranty of Jaén guitars exonerates the owner of the instrument of any cost in the repairs due to defective materials and/or workmanship for a period of five years starting from the date of purchase. It is applicable to the instrument as well as its case, if applicable. The repairs must be done by Guitarras Jaén or its representative in your country. The shipping costs to and from the workshop must be paid by the owner. Guitarras Jaén will not assume any liability derived from the unavailability of the instrument during the period of repair, but will give priority to this type of repairs against other jobs. Guitarras Jaén reserves the decision to replace or repair the damaged parts.
This warranty does not cover:
The instruments or cases that have been substantially modified after the date of purchase. In the case of small modifications not done by Guitarras Jaén (fret renewal, small repairs, etc.), Guitarras Jaén will not be responsible of the modified parts.
